Everything you need to understand your DMARC posture

Stop flying blind on email authentication. uinbx turns raw XML reports into actionable compliance data automatically.

01

Automatic report ingestion

Point your DMARC RUA address to uinbx. We poll the mailbox, download the reports, and parse every XML file automatically — no cron jobs or manual uploads.

02

Compliance classification

Every sending source is classified as fully compliant, SPF-only, DKIM-only, or failing. See the policy disposition (none/quarantine/reject) and whether your records are working.

03

Multi-domain monitoring

Monitor DMARC compliance across all your managed domains from one dashboard. Each domain gets its own compliance timeline and alert state.

04

Identify spoofing sources

Unknown IP ranges sending mail claiming to be from your domain show up immediately. Catch spoofing attempts and unauthorized senders before they damage your reputation.

05

Built into your workspace

DMARC data lives alongside your email accounts, domains, and user management. No separate DMARC SaaS subscription. One login for everything.

06

Workspace admin controls

Super admins see global compliance across all workspaces. Workspace admins see their own domains. Role-based access keeps DMARC data appropriately scoped.

DMARC monitoring — frequently asked questions

What is DMARC monitoring?

DMARC monitoring means automatically receiving, parsing, and analyzing DMARC aggregate (RUA) reports that email receivers send about messages claiming to be from your domain. It tells you which senders pass SPF and DKIM authentication and which are failing or spoofing your domain.

How does uinbx ingest DMARC reports automatically?

You set your DMARC record's rua= value to a uinbx-provided mailbox address. Internet email providers send aggregate reports to that address regularly (usually daily). uinbx polls the mailbox, downloads the XML attachments, parses them, and updates your compliance dashboard — no manual steps required.

Do I need a separate DMARC tool if I use uinbx?

No. uinbx includes DMARC report ingestion and compliance monitoring built into the same workspace where you manage domains, mailboxes, and your team inbox. Everything is in one admin backend, so you don't need a separate DMARC SaaS subscription.

What's the difference between DMARC policy none, quarantine, and reject?

none means you're monitoring only — no action is taken on failing messages. quarantine sends failing messages to the spam folder. reject causes receiving servers to outright reject failing messages. uinbx helps you safely move from none → quarantine → reject by showing you exactly which legitimate senders need fixing first.

How many domains can I monitor?

The free plan includes 1 managed domain with full DMARC monitoring. Paid plans support multiple domains. You can add and monitor all your domains from a single workspace dashboard.
