Everything a team needs to manage email together

Stop forwarding, CC'ing, and guessing who replied. uinbx gives your team real tools for collaborative email management.

01

One inbox, many team members

Every member with access sees the same inbox in real time. No more "did someone reply to this?" — the thread shows who responded and when.

02

Thread assignment

Assign any email thread to a specific team member. Assignees get context on who owns each conversation so nothing falls through the cracks.

03

Search and filter

Full-text search across all messages. Filter by account, date, read/unread, or starred. Find any email in seconds regardless of team size.

04

Multi-account support

Manage support@, billing@, info@, and any other team addresses from a single dashboard. Switch between accounts instantly without re-logging in.

05

Email with your own domain

uinbx includes domain management. Add your domain, configure DNS, and send email from your own address — not a generic @uinbx.io address.

06

Role-based access

Workspace admins control which accounts each user can access. New team members get the inbox access they need — and nothing they don't.

Shared inbox for every team type

📬

Small businesses

Shared inbox — frequently asked questions

What is a shared inbox for teams?

A shared inbox is a single email address (like support@yourcompany.com) that multiple team members can access, read, reply to, and manage — without sharing login credentials. Each person has their own account but sees the same incoming messages in a unified inbox view.

How is this different from just sharing a Gmail password?

Shared Gmail passwords create security problems (you can't revoke one person's access without changing the password for everyone) and give no visibility into who replied to what. uinbx gives every team member their own login, logs every action, and shows the full history of who assigned, read, and replied to each thread.

Can I use my own domain (e.g. support@mycompany.com)?

Yes. uinbx includes domain management — you add your domain, configure DNS records including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and then create email accounts on that domain. Your shared inbox can use any address on your own domain.

How many people can use the shared inbox?

The free plan supports a small team. Paid plans scale to larger teams with more email accounts and users. Every team member gets their own login — no seat sharing or shared passwords.

Does uinbx work like a help desk or ticketing system?

uinbx is a lightweight shared inbox — not a full ticketing system with SLA tracking and canned responses. If you need a basic shared inbox with thread assignment and reply tracking, uinbx is a simpler, more affordable option than enterprise help desk tools.
