14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with uinbx for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. This applies to first-time purchases of any paid plan.

To request a refund within the 14-day window, email support@uinbx.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Renewals

After the initial 14-day guarantee period has passed, subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.

Annual Plans

Annual plan subscribers who request a cancellation after the 14-day guarantee period may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused complete months remaining on their subscription, at our discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Free Plan

The free plan does not involve any payment and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.

How Refunds Are Processed

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer but is typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
