These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the uinbx platform ("Service"), operated by uinbx ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
uinbx is a cloud-based email workspace that allows teams to connect IMAP/SMTP mailbox accounts, manage shared inboxes, provision mailboxes on custom domains, and monitor DMARC reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@uinbx.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you are 18 or older.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your location, which Paddle will calculate and collect.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
A free tier is available subject to usage limits (currently 2 users, 2 mailbox accounts, 1 managed domain). Free plan limits may change at our discretion with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee perpetual availability of the free tier.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends. We do not prorate partial-period cancellations except as stated in our Refund Policy.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process email metadata and content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by uinbx. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of all content you submit to or through the Service.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from Service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, uinbx and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day retention window.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
